The Wedding of Clement & Esther

by Nigel Sia

I knew Esther from sometime ago through a friend from university and
later on Clement and immediately loved their story.
Their energy and fun-loving nature are a joy to be with.
(If you like to view their Save The Date post, click here.)

At their wedding, I loved how they both wrote their own vows to each other.
Part of Esther’s vow was singing ‘I Will Be Here’ by Steven Curtis Chapman to Clement.
Wonderful lyrics and meaning to it as a vow from one to another.
That portion can be viewed at the very end of their highlight video, but here are some video stills from it:

Lighting the unity candle.

Esther being spun around as they walk down from stage as Mr and Mrs. Leong.

Clement and the boys having some fun time earlier that day.

Esther’s gang of girls giving the boys a hard time while having some fun altogether.

Clement had to find the right Chinese characters to spell out how much he loves Esther. It wasn’t easy.

Another shot of the guys in full cheer-leading mode.

It ain’t easy to get a ‘Green Light’.

Clement excited to see his bride.

Esther’s maid of honor, Melissa at the door listening to Clement outside.

Watch the video below to see what Clement sang for Esther.

Saying his vows nice and easy.

Clement with mum and dad before going out.

So cute!

Lots of love going around on that day.

With Clement’s family!

Esther’s extended family.

The entire ceremony was conducted in a restaurant. Doesn’t look like it right?

Singing unto Him.

A touching moment.
